Pinball4All is owned and operated by myself, Lawrence Cuthie. Through both my professional career as a sales engineer and my decades of experience as a pinball enthusiast, I have become uniquely qualified to service your pinball or coin-operated machine.
Years of Experience
I have over 25 years of experience repairing, collecting, and restoring pinball machines. I have 135 machines in my personal collection covering electromechanical through the modern electronic era.
My 23-year long career as a sales engineer involved mechanical engineering as well as electronic controls layout and design. The skills I honed allow me to be totally self-reliant in my approach to pinball work.
I grew up in the 1960s- 70's and loved playing pinball after school at the local bowling alley with my friends. On family vacations, I could most often be found in the "game room" playing pinball! I was truly addicted to the "silver ball" from a very young age and In 1989 I bought my first machine. It was a Bally Playboy. Although I had a background that involved mechanical engineering and electronics, I had never attempted to work on a pinball machine. I found out that my skill set was a perfect fit for repairing and restoring Pinball machines regardless of the mfg. or era.
By 2010 I had amassed a collection of over 130 games! After working on and restoring my own games for over twenty years, and as a technician at the National Pinball Museum (Baltimore, closed in 2013) I realized the need was high and growing for qualified and experienced technicians to support other collectors/enthusiasts. I decided to leave my career in industrial engineering and sales and launched the Pinball4All website in 2011. Since then, I have repaired literally hundreds of games and have established a large base of customers in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. I now have 30 years of experience repairing games and was in sales for 28. My extensive sales training will make you very comfortable inviting me into your home. I respond promptly to inquiries, communicate clearly, arrive on time, have a 2-3 week turn around, and facilitate the needs of my customers with a high degree of professionalism" I provide clear descriptions and finite pricing for all work needed/performed, there is no "hourly or open-ended" pricing.
